Description

1. Arabic :date format should be dd/mm/YYYY for all .
2. sort by date shown in English in Arabic UI
3. user can filter with -1,-2..... in Participations coloumn in both en/ar UI.
4. .Hint text not shown when user hover on it eg: check for the bidding number ,Published On and Created On from all biddings tab.
